Medical Marijuana Certifications
Dr. deFreese is a Licensed and Certified Marijuana doctor in the state of Florida. If you have one of the qualifying conditions, he can certify you to receive medical marijuana.

To be evaluated by Dr. deFreese for a medical marijuana card, you must meet the requirements listed below:

Be a seasonal or full time Florida resident.

Have a valid photo ID issued by a governmental entity
